I noticed that 15.3e was not included. That is also in the adjacent mmWave band.

Please add prior to 18 formally approving the doc

During the EC meeting in San Diego, the 802.18 liaison to WP5A was reviewed, but not approved. Roger Marks sent us a nicely revised version, which was then reviewed by 802.18, a few minor edits were incorporated, and the group approved the new version on August 25th.

That document is attached for your review. I would like to start a 10-day EC ballot next week, once everyone has had a chance to look at it.
