which contains proposed additional text to be added to the Chair’s Guidelines document regarding submission of documents that will be considered by the EC.

 

4.x(?) Policy for posting of documents to be considered by the EC

 

Prior to EC consideration, documents (excepting documents for consideration during executive session) shall be posted on the document server (mentor) in the EC area.
When a document already exists in a WG or other document server area, an email notification of the link to the document shall be provided to the EC.

Note that documents for consideration during executive session are sent to EC and any other required participants as appropriate for each document.

 

This is in response to Action item 4.01 (March 2016)/4.00A (July 2016):

Item 4.01            Action Item - Dorothy Stanley to draft policy language regarding submission of documents that will be considered by the EC, including location on Mentor.

 

 

James, can you please add this item to the November session Sunday night rules meeting agenda?

 

Posting of this document meets the 30 day advance posting requirement for consideration at the November 2016 session.
