Colleagues,

At the November plenary, the EC granted conditional approval to forward P802.1Qcy to Sponsor Ballot. Here is the report, per OM Clause 11:

a) The recirculation balloting is complete. Both recirculation ballots occurred in accordance to the plan presented.

b) The approval rate is 100%.

c) No technical changes have been made after the second recirculation.

d) There were no new valid DISAPPROVE comments.

e) There were no new invalid DISAPPROVE comments.

f) The ballot closed on Jan 23^rd -- vote tally can be found here:

Having met the conditions, I will make the request to initiate Sponsor Ballot.
