In ec-20-0028-00-00EC, "internet" is referring to "the" Internet and should be capitalized, in my opinion.

In ec-20-0027-00-00EC, the Nikolich quote is a duplicate of the one from ec-20-0028-00-00EC; it has some relevance, but it's not really on the topic.
