As discussed at the Sept 802 EC Teleconference, I will be leading an ad hoc exploring plenary meeting reorganization.

I have worked with Paul to develop its scope:
Explore use of electronic EC sessions to maximize face-to-face meeting time for volunteers at 802 Plenary sessions and make a recommendation to the 802 EC for approval at the 30 Oct 2020 EC meeting
