All, Please note as the IEEE 802 EC Closing Meeting is Friday 1pm to 5pm ET, I am using ET as the time zone for making consent agenda requests. Per the Chair’s Guidelines – For IEEE 802 EC Closing Meetings of a plenary week, requests to add items to the consent agenda shall be made by Wednesday 1pm, local time of the plenary meeting. The URL to any supporting documentation to be considered, entered as a Mentor document) shall be sent by Thursday 1 pm to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and IEEE 802 EC Reflector. For Working Groups not having a Closing Meeting on Friday of a Plenary Week, any Working Group vote results relevant to the requested consent item should be provided by 9 am, Friday via email (Subject field - "+++ EC Consent Agenda - Topic +++") to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and IEEE 802 EC Reflector. For Working Groups having a Closing Meeting on Friday, any Working Group vote results relevant to the requested consent item should be provided by 12:15 pm, Friday via email (Subject field - "+++ EC Consent Agenda - Topic +++") to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and IEEE 802 EC Reflector The Recording Secretary will only add to Friday Closing Consent Agenda if appropriate documentation has been provided as noted.
