The IEEE 802 Monthly Interim Telecon for the rest of 2021 have had a time change to 19:00 UTC.
This will make the start time constant in UTC, and the summer time changes that individuals experience will need to adjust accordingly.
Because the meeting is scheduled in UTC, it should automatically change on the 802 calendar per your local situation.
Note that for the Webex tool, UTC that does not change uses Reykjavik....other UTC+0 have time changes for summer time.
