I vote Approve and would like to note two minor comments:

(4.1) A participant that has Credited Attendance in at least 75% of the meeting slots in a session is has Session Attendance Credit for that session.
(13) Revisions to this document shall be submitted by a Standards Committee member to the Standards Committee no less than 30 days in advance of a Standards Committee Vote to approve them.

Note: The change to the WG P&P would take effect "when the final result
of the Sponsor electronic ballot is announced by the Sponsor Chair or
designee."
