Jay,

Please note the following per the Chair’s Guidelines

 

To request an item to be placed on the consent agenda, an email with the subject field noting “+++ LMSC Consent Agenda – Topic +++” should be sent to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and the IEEE 802 LMSC Reflector. Motions should follow the motion template, if applicable, and include the a mover and a second from a member of the LMSC Voting Membership.

 

Your motion reads

Approve the following motion, Liaison response to ITU-R WP 1A on visible light communications;  motion in ec-21-0223-00-00EC-802-18-motion-itu-r_wp-1a_liaison-on-vlc.pptx for  contribution 18-21-0109-02-0000-liaison-response-to-itu-r-wp-1a-on-vlc-standards.docx

 

However, the document that you refer to  EC-21-0223 is currently pending on Mentor, as of 5pm ET Monday.

 

Therefore, I can’t add this agenda item to the consent agenda.

i think i am in time for a consent agenda item for the 05oct21 EC call.  if so please add motion external consent agenda item,

all:  rev 02,  https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/21/18-21-0109-02-0000-liaison-response-to-itu-r-wp-1a-on-vlc-standards.docx is the latest.  the plan is to vote and hopefully approve at the weekly .18 call next week, 30sep21.  at that time i will send out the approved revision and motion power point.  of course any suggestions before thursday’s .18 approval appreciated.
