In preparation for the March Plenary, please note the following –

1.      Please send me your opening reports by Mar 2 AoE.

2.      If you plan to stand for an elected position, remember I need your endorsement / affiliation letters.

3.      Please be sure to send me any requests for consent agenda items for the opening meeting by Monday Feb 28 5pm ET, and note it should include any supporting documentation
