Dear Jon,

Thanks!   During the EC call, you may have mentioned to discourage the use of video to save bandwidth.  I do not find such a requirement in the tab "V3-DS-AVH Requirements".  Shall we either (1) remind the participants not to turn on their videos; or (2) proactively de-select the "video" function of the meeting options "Select options that you want participants to have when meeting begins:"?

Attached is the resource plan we reviewed during the 802 EC May Telecon (yesterday).
The Room sizes indicated are the numbers pre-pandemic.
We will adjust this as we get closer to the meeting.

The Early-Bird Registration closes May 20th, so please encourage accurate indication of if they will be attending in-person or remote.
For those attending in-person a badge will be prepared, and we need to know to be able to prepare for the right amount of Food for those attending in-person.

If someone registers as in-person or Remote, and then their plans change, PLEASE let Face-to-Face Events (our meeting planner) know.

The mask restriction in Quebec is being lifted on May 14, so do be aware that the rules are changing, and the website is best place for latest information.
