On David's behalf, I have updated the slides in support of IEEE 802.3 consent agenda item 4.01. Please see <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/22/ec-22-0102-01-00EC-ieee-802-3-ethernet-working-group-consent-agenda-item-s-tuesday-7-june-2022.pdf>.  

The update includes the IEEE 802.3 vote and the addition of the agenda item number. The Working Group vote was 121 approve, 0 disapprove, and 5 abstentions.
