Due to the conflicting IEEE Board Series meetings in Vancouver that I must be at in person next week, I will be attending the November plenary session remotely. I am delegating the chairing of the Opening EC meeting to the 1st Vice Chair, James Gilb just in case I have remote connectivity issues.
