Hi Paul,
I will need the "Things to know" and Future Plans for the Opening EC - I will introduce items that will come up for vote during the Closing EC Meeting.
I need 15 minutes on Monday, and 30 minutes for Friday.
Friday I may have 1 or 2 motions.
I will also need 2 minutes to remind folks about the Student outreach for July.

Please send our recording secretary, me, James Gilb and Roger Marks your anticipated 802 EC opening/closing meetings agenda items for the upcoming Plenary:


  1. establishment of new Study Groups, SG renewals and other pre-PAR activities
  2. draft PARs to NesCom
  3. drafts to Sponsor Ballot
  4. drafts to RevCom
  5. maintenance PARs
  6. press releases
  7. liaison letters
  8. regulatory communications
  9. policy and procedures
  10. action item status
  11. and any other items appropriate for the 802 EC meeting agendas.

 

Please provide the information before Wednesday 01 March 2023.


The information helps John and me prepare the opening/closing EC meeting agendas and gives your fellow EC members advanced notice of decisions they are expected to make.
