Paul – are they going to other than the tutorial?  In the past, I believe, the tutorial sessions have been considered separate and not needing a fee waiver.

Dear EC Members,

 

Unfortunately I forgot to put Robby Robson and Robby Simpson on the fee waiver request motion this morning.  Robby and Robby are giving the SA Open Source Tutorial this evening and are current or former members of the SA Board of Governors. They both are here in person.

 

Robby Simpson, Chief Technology  Officer, DER Security Corp

Robby Robson, Chief Science  Officer, Eduworks Corporation

 

I have instructed Face to Face to issue badges to them and will retro-actively request a motion to grant them fee-waivers on the consent agenda for the closing EC meeting.  I apologize for the oversight.  If anyone has an issue with this plan, please see me to discuss.
