   Dear EC members,
I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission by Sunday, 10 December 2023, A.O.E, before asking the EC to consider approval of the submission through a 10-day letter ballot.

Recently, the European Commission Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) began a consultation “Work programme for 2024 and beyond”, which asks for public opinions on the proposed work items and the respective scope of works.

A few individuals prepared a response that asked the administration to consider additional scopes of a work item "Long-term vision for the upper 6 GHz band (2030 and beyond)".  The submission was reviewed and approved by IEEE 802.18 earlier today (7 December 2023) with the following voting results:  9 Yes, 0 No, 4 Abstain.
Link to the draft response:
 Thanks and Regards,
 Edward
