Confirm Phil Beecher (Wi-SUN Alliance) as 802.15 1st Vice-Chair

Passed

Confirm Ann Krieger (US DoD)  as 802.15 WG 2nd Vice-Chair

Y 38; N 0; A 1

Passed

Affirm appointed officers:

• Joerg Robert as 802.15 WG Secretary, 
• Ben Rolfe as 802.15 WG Treasurer, 
• Tero Kivinen as 802.15 Technical Editor.
• Y 36; N 0; A 4
• Passed
