At this point don't change anything. It's been explained to anyone who was confused (which at least means they were paying attention so that's a plus).
"average" is just as wrong. Maybe even more so. 50% attendance in one session and 150% attendance in another averages 100%, but no Charlotte, you have not met the 2 session requirement that way. You really want to have that discussion? Of course not 😉.
If someone hasn't figured out the interval spanned by 4 plenaries, well...draw a picture 😉. with circles and arrows...

I think that adding "an average of" in front of the 1.5 years would help.
I don't know that it is that big of a deal, I think that the 802 LMSC members understand it.

For the first two paragraphs, I split the sentences in two. They now read:
In-Person Credited Attendance is Credited Attendance for an on-site
individual at the meeting venue. Credited Attendance earned prior to
July 31, 2024 shall be the same as In-person Credited Attendance.
In-Person Session Attendance Credit is Session Attendance Credit
consisting entirely of In-person Credited Attendance. Session
Attendance Credit earned prior to July 31, 2024 shall count as In-person
Credited Attendance for the purpose of establishing or retaining membership.
