Further to John's request and obligations, when you mark your attendance in IMAT (whether for this meeting or any other), you should be ensuring you have indicated your affiliation correctly as you mark yiour attendance.

If my affiliation needed to be changed, I would click on the blue affiliation name, and it would allow me to change the affiliation.
