The 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary is scheduled to take place in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. In-Person and Virtual participation will be available for this session.

Registration Fees and Deadlines
* Early $US 600.00 until September 20, 2024
* Standard $US 800.00 After September 20, until November 1, 2024
* Late/Onsite $US 1000.00 after November 1, 2024
* Student $US 100.00
Registration Fees Discount
Registration fees for the 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay 3 or more nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00.
Reservations must be completed and a confirmation number entered when completing registration in order to receive the discounted rate.

Booking Policy (Credit Card Guarantee)* Bookings need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

No Show Policy
* In case of no show, the fee of 100% of the contracted room rate, per room, for one night, applies and will be charged.
Early Check Out Policy
In the event a Meeting attendee who has reserved a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel shall charge an early departure fee of one night charge.
Subject to Availability
* All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block.
* When the block is sold out or the October 23, 2024 deadline has passed market rates will apply.
Traveling To/From Vancouver, British Columbia CanadaPlease take the steps to determine if you require travel documentation including such items as a VISA to attend a particular IEEE 802 Meeting. The requirements change from time to time. Because of this, we strongly urge all attendees to review the entry requirements for traveling to each IEEE 802 meeting location and determine for themselves, or in collaboration with their employer, what if any travel documentation is required.

This listing will include:
* Participants full legal name AND,
* Visa application number AND,
* Passport country of issuance.
IRCC Privacy: Information collected as part of these participant lists is used to identify and coordinate the processing of visa applications and, upon request, provide organizers updates of aggregate data on the status of visa applications of event participants within the confines of the Privacy Act and at the discretion of the Special Events Unit.
Visa Application # If you do not have an application number at the time of registration, please complete your registration and enter this information when you have it by returning to the registration site and logging in with the 'Already Registered' button.
IEEE Standards Letter of Invitation
If you requested a Letter of Invitation during registration one will be emailed to you once your registration and payment are complete.
