[802SEC] P802.3dd (i.e., P802.3.1b) to RevCom

Dear David

Thank you for making me aware of the status of the P802.3dd (P802.3.1b) D3.0 Standards Association ballot.

It is my view based on the complete RevCom package, there is a reasonable expectation that the submittal will be approved by the IEEE 802 LMSC before the RevCom meeting.

Please submit the package to RevCom.
