This notice contains a reminder of the approaching registration deadlines for the 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session, scheduled for November 10-15, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The session will offer both in-person and Virtual participation.
If you have registered and need to change your participation type or plan to register for the session please note the following carefully.

Registration Fees and Deadlines
* Standard $US 800.00 After September 20, until November 1, 2024
* Late/Onsite $US 1000.00 after November 1, 2024
* Student $US 100.00
Cancellation Fees and Deadlines
Fully Refundable: Until September 20, 2024
Refundable with a $US150.00 Cancellation Fee: After September 20, until November 1, 2024
Non Refundable: After November 1, 2024
