[802SEC] Submittal of IEEE 802.3 New Ethernet Applications ICAID renewal request

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

As discussed at the IEEE 802 LMSC opening plenary meeting on Monday morning, based on the absence of guidance regarding ICAID renewal request in the IEEE 802 rules, I am submitting the IEEE 802.3 New Ethernet Applications ICAID renewal request a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the start of the closing IEEE 802 LMSC Meeting to mirror PAR extension that may use the Expedited Review process. 

Based on this, please find below the information concerning the IEEE 802.3 New Ethernet Applications ICAID renewal request. I bring this to the IEEE 802 LMSC for consideration under subclause 7.1.1 'Actions Requiring Approval by a Majority Vote' for the IEEE 802 LMSC Policies and Procedures, item g) 'Other Motions brought to the floor by members (when deemed in order by the Standards Committee Chair)'.
