For input to meeting #2, a marked-up sysreq draft

is available that contains red-line markups reflecting the comments that were
received as of 2 August, 1999 at 12:00 PM PDT.  I copied the comments into a
database and a snapshot of the comments themselves is also available at

http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/sysreq/contributions/80216sc-99_29.pdf.

I have received a number of late comments that I hope we can also resolve at the
meeting.
