stds-802-16: Session #9 On-Site Registration Fee Payment

To pay the $140 Session #9 registration fee, you must fill out a 
payment form (available from 
<http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg09/feeform.pdf> or at the hotel's 
front desk) and turn it in at the hotel front desk. If you are 
staying at the conference hotel, the fee will be added to your room 
bill; otherwise, you may put it on a credit card. You will receive an 
initialed copy of the form as a receipt.
