stds-802-16: Few more Hotel rooms available - Web-Registration NOW Posted !!!

IEEE 802:  Meeting Information Update Memo - 2nd Announcement

The Hyatt Regency San Francisco has added a few more rooms for the 
IEEE 802 July Plenary.  Space is limited and the deadline for room 
reservations is Friday, June 20.  If you have not made your room 
reservations yet, you are strongly encouraged to do so NOW.  If rooms 
are not available for the dates you want, please contact the hotel 
directly and ask to be put onto the IEEE 802 Waitlist.  Typically 
several rooms are cancelled during the week prior to the plenary 
session.  When a room opens up, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco will 
contact you immediately.

Financial District for the July Plenary.  The special IEEE 802 group 
rate of  $119.00 + tax single/double occupancy per night is still 
available, but you must book your reservation by June 20, 2003; the 
price goes up to $139/night thereafter.  To make your reservation, 
either call the Hotel directly and identify yourself as IEEE Hyatt

Web Registration for this plenary session is now available!  Please 
register now to save yourself time and money.  The web 
pre-registration fee is $300 prior to 6pm PDT on July 5th.  The 
registration fee increases to $350 thereafter.  The fee includes 
daily Continental Breakfast and Coffee Breaks (Mon-Fri), the 
Wednesday Evening Social, the on site Network Services, and the many 
other related meeting services.  IEEE 802 rules require you to 
register and pay the fee if you attend one or more meetings of this 
session.
