IEEE 802: Meeting Information Update Memo - 4th Announcement
Date: Monday, October 27, 2003
The Hyatt Regency, DoubleTree, La Posada, and Hotel Blue are now all sold-out. Therefore we have secured some additional rooms at the Wyndham Hotel in Albuquerque. Although this property is not within easy walking distance of the Hyatt & Convention Center, a daily shuttle service will be provided by the Wyndham for IEEE 802 attendees for transportation to and from the Convention Center (directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency). For those attendees, who are still on the Wait-List at the Hyatt or who do not yet have a room reserved in Albuquerque, we strongly advise you to make your reservations at the Wyndham as soon as possible !!! The Wyndham also provides free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Note: There have been some significant changes to the locations of the IEEE 802 Working Group Meetings in Albuquerque. Due to some severe networking issues, we have had to relocate many of the Working Groups. The 802.11/.15/.16/.17/.18 and .19 Working Groups are now scheduled to meet at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. The 802.1/.3 and .20 Working Groups will meet at the Albuquerque Convention Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
