[STDS-802-16] New MANDATORY Contribution Template/Cover Sheets

Dear 802.16 Contributors,

I have posted new Contribution Template/Cover Sheets (Rev 9):

*Document Submission Template: Word

*Document Submission Template: FrameMaker
  <http://ieee802.org/16/docs/802_16_template.fm>

*Slide Presentation Cover Sheet: PowerPoint
  <http://ieee802.org/16/docs/802_16_present.ppt>

These new Rev 9 cover sheets are MANDATORY for IEEE 802.16  
contributions, until further notice. The Task Groups shall reject any  
contributions without them.

Submission instructions are still available at:
  <http://ieee802.org/16/submit.html>
These have been updated only to reference the new templates.
