Re: [802.19] Date/Time 40MHz 11n Calls

I am looking into having a call on June 9.  I will be out of tow but I am checking to see if I can get someone else to chair the call.

John

The whole ZigBee community is not available.  Monday is the opening of the member meeting in Atlanta.  This is a very important constituency along with the 15.4 community many of whom attend this event, is strongly affected by this issue and needs to be represented. June 2 will not work.

All,

It has been suggested that we have the call before June 12.  I am willing to have a call next week.  I originally scheduled the call for Monday June 2, but there was opposition to that week since many of the 802.15.4 members were unavailable that week.  I am personally out of the office from June 6-13 so I could not host a call then.  So I postponed it to June 16.

If there is interest in having calls on both June 2 and June 16, we can do that.  Bob Heile, is that okay with you and the 802.15.4 guys?

Regards,

Steve

Hi Steve,

TGn LB will be due on June 12.  Many voters would have voted on this issue before your proposed telecon date of June 16, which could better inform them on this issue.

I suggest we have this call before, if not well before, June 12.

Thanks,

-Doug

It seems that a number of the 802.15.4 members will be busy next week so I will have to postpone this call.  I am out the week of June 9 so I will reschedule for June 16. In general Mondays work for everyone, so I will stick with Mondays.

It seems that this time is good for most everyone.  I will set up a call for next Monday (June 2) on this topic.  We can schedule additional calls at that point if needed.

I will send out the bridge information once it is set up.

Subject: Date/Time 40MHz 11n Calls

All,

I looked over the 802.11 teleconference list and most mornings are busy. Also, I have some other 802.19 conference calls scheduled some mornings. So it looks like it would be better to be a little later.  I would like to suggest the following date/time.  Anyone who cannot attend, who would like to attend, please notify me.  If I dont hear from anyone then we can go with this date/time.

Suggested Conference Call Date/Time

Date     Monday

Time     1 PM EDT (10 AM PDT)

If this looks good I can schedule a few calls.

Regards,

Steve
