Re: [802.19] Agenda Items for March IEEE 802.19 Meeting

James,

You said that you are available on Tu PM2, but it looks like Eldad may only be able to make the Tu AM2 meeting. Given his role in 60GHz in802.11 it would be great if he could be there for the 15.3c discussion.  Could you be available for the Tu AM2 and could  we have the 15.3c discussion then?

Regards,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I’m busy with 802.11ad on Tuesday PM2 and Wednesday PM2.  I have 802.11n meetings on Tuesday AM2 and Thursday PM2.  However the work load in 802.11n in Vancouver should be light and I should be able to make myself available for Tuesday AM2.  I might be available Thursday PM2 if 802.11n isn’t doing planning or motions during this timeslot.

Regards,

Eldad

Subject: Agenda Items for March IEEE 802.19 Meeting

All,

I am putting together the agenda for the March IEEE 802.19 meeting.  We have four time slots,

Tuesday AM2

Tuesday PM2

Wednesday PM2 – Joint meeting with 15.4g

Thursday PM2

So far we have three topics to cover,

1.       Review of comments on 15.3c coexistence assurance document

2.       Presentation on Simulation results of 16h and 11y in 3650 MHz band (Marianna)

3.       Joint meeting with 15.4g to discuss coexistence requirements

So I have several questions.

1.       Is there a preferred time slot to discuss the comments on the 15.3c CA document?  James do you have a preference?  Is there a preferred time for members of 802.11 who would like to attend?  Eldad, any preference?

2.       Marianna, is there are preferred time slot to cover your presentation?

3.       For the joint meeting of 15.4g and 19 are there people who have presentations planned?

4.       Are there any other topics or presentations that anyone wants to add to the agenda?

Thanks,

Steve
