I believe what follows is a more accurate
summary, and that the small addition of detail I am proposing
adds clarity and value in addition to being accurate ---

been submitted to the group be explicity referenced, at a minimum.
Tom suggested that the contribution numbers and
abstracts could be added to the sections."

which are being refered to in these sections, which describe the
Technical Feasibility and Economical Feasiblity, were presented as
part of the presentations at the tutorial sessions at a previous
meeting. Mark suggested keeping the wording in these
sections less."
"Tom K agreed that for this section, simply adding the
abstracts verbatim may not work."

I propose changing this to "September 2009", believing
this change to provide a more accurate representation. I
