IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session May 10-15, 2015 Vancouver, BC Canada Issued on Tuesday April 28, 2015 Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Reservations, Standard Registration and Cancellation - Deadline May 1, 2015 The May 2015 IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session is taking place at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. http://802world.org/wireless Standard Registration: After Early Registration and Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, May 1, 2015 (UTC Time: 1:00 AM Saturday, May 2, 2015) * $US 800.00 for attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver * $US 1100.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel) Late/On-site Registration: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday May 1, 2015 (UTC Time: 1:00 AM Saturday, May 2, 2015) * $US 1000.00 for attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver * $US 1300.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel) Cancellation Policy If you register for an IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver or Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for two or more nights is not be eligible
for the hotel discount. The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.
