Hello Dorothy, To schedule a meeting, you need to log in to join.me using the
802_11_chair@xxxxxxxx username. I will supply the password on request, feel free to pass amongst CAC members. Then select “my meetings” and you will see: If you open one of these, you see: See, there is a choice of a personal link or OTC. It shouldn’t make a difference which, except if meetings collide (as they do
for TGaq/TGai). View invitation gives: It appears that all the IEEE802.11 meetings have the same access code, but the one-time-code ones do not. So It should be possible
to host multiple meetings, as long as only one of them uses the IEEE802.11 code. Note, it is not strictly necessary to schedule meetings using the IEEE802.11 code, as the access code appears to be static. Hi Adrian, What is the mechanism to schedule a join.me meeting? I’d like to use the tool for upcoming TGmc teleconferences, and Thanks, Dorothy From: *** IEEE stds-802-11-cac List *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-CAC@xxxxxxxx]

Thanks for the feedback, Al. Please see my earlier email. Looks like we get one account to use as much as we like. That means we should pay attention to overlaps when approving telecons. I use join.me a several times a week. It’s a good inexpensive meeting tool. It works well on both PC and MAC.

Do we know anything about the cost model? In particular, since ARC needs a telecon bridge so rarely, I’m hesitant to request an account, unless the account is more or less free, and it
is only the actual usage that results in costs. Mark From: *** IEEE stds-802-11-cac List *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-CAC@xxxxxxxx]

I've applied also and will tell people what happens. Thanks, On Thu, Jun 12, 2014 at 7:49 AM, Osama AboulMagd <Osama.AboulMagd@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote: --- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Chairs' Advisory Committee Reflector --- Hello Adrian and All,
