Let me manage to remedy the mistake. Unfortunately, the file name cannot be changed once uploaded on mentor.
So I am not sure if it is possible to upload a complete new document with correct name for May meeting minutes?
If it is feasible, I will ask Shiwen to do so.
The March meeting minutes has been approved by a TGaj motion in May session. I am not sure how to handle this or so be it.

thank you for letting me know and I now see what the problem is. The file name of the 11aj minutes has a spelling mistake and is called "...-meeting-minites...". If you then perform a search, in mentor, for file names containing the word "minute", these documents do not appear in the results. Would it be possible to revise the documents to r1 and then change the file name please? Thanks.
