Dear All,
I’m sharing my experience managing the teleconference queue via the “raise hand” feature of Webex.
On the AANI SC meeting this morning (of course this was a small meeting 17 people) using the “raise hand” feature worked very well. My chat window (as Host) contained the queue which was present in order of request, this enabled me to call on people when it was their turn and eliminated the usual collision based queue access via voice. After I completed the “raise hand” queue to call for additional comment from people who did not have “raise hand” capability or had a lack familiarity with the Webex tool – this also worked well.
Based I my experience this morning, I recommend using this feature to manage the meeting queue, it worked very well and helped with the flow and tone of the meeting.

Subject: [STDS-802-11-CAC] Updated telecon schedule
--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Chairs' Advisory Committee Reflector ---
Hello All,
I have updated the telecon schedule per Stephen’s master schedule.
There are a few conflicts with the telecon platforms to work through. Most notably: we wanted to use the April 6 CAC telecon for a webex tutorial, but there is now a conflict with TGbe.
I still have to populate IMAT. I will do this today for the April telecons.
