Greetings,
I met with Edward today and I realized that we may have a simple communication issue on how to reclaim the host role for Webex:
go to Webex.com
Click "Join"
Enter the meeting number
enter the password "wireless"
hit the accept button.
Then on the Menu line at the top (may only be in the desktop app).
Select the Participant
"Reclaim Host"
your host now....
Select Participant again (menu row).
select "Mute on Entry" to help the noise on your call.
it is not settable as a default setting, but you can select it to help with noise on your call.
Now that after your host, you can "change role" for others on the participant list.
