All –
(To answer Emily’s question) Your output is a Word document, based on the 802.11 template, that I will cut and paste into a submission. You can use lists, tables, etc…
as you wish to record your findings. The exception is those working with the MIB. They can record their findings either as a tracked changes version of the mib.txt, or as an updated
text file. However, if the changes are small in number, I would prefer to see this cut down to show only the changed parts. The REVmc D3.0 .txt file is there for your convenience to use with AntConc for regular _expression_ searches. You don’t have to use it. Please
don’t send me a marked up copy of the .txt file :0). Best Regards, Adrian P STEPHENS Tel: +44 (1793) 404825 (office) Tel: +1 (408) 2397485 (mobile, USA) ---------------------------------------------- From: *** IEEE stds-802-11-editors List *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-EDITORS@xxxxxxxx]

Dear 802.11 editors, A reminder to all 802.11 editors that we have this kick-off meeting for the 802.11REVmc mandatory draft review (MDR) tomorrow. Based on the response at the May session, I think most folks are committed to help with this activity. Thank you all, that should keep individual tasks to manageable proportions. Peter is preparing an initial grouping of the work that should take 1-2 days for each group, with the expectation that individuals will sign up for one of these groups at the prep meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, but are willing to contribute to the MDR, please let me know before the meeting. Here’s what I’m expecting we’ll do tomorrow:
1.
Discuss the purpose of MDR
2.
Briefly review the MDR process documentation
3.
Peter will present his work groupings
4.
Sign up individuals to a work grouping
5.
Agree a plan in terms of due date for initial findings, plus a review meeting. The output of the process will be a joint report to TGmc, which will result in changes to REVmc D4.0.
