Re: [STDS-802-11-REG] FCC 5 GHz Reply Comment Framework is posted 802.11-13/661r0

Hi all,

Ive got some general questions.

When can we expect UNII-2B and UNII-4 will be officially released for Wi-Fi by FCC, at the latest?

Many other countries regulators are heard carefully watching FCCs actions to possibly refer to it in the future.

(for example, in Korea, even 5GHz resource is believed to be saturated within several years)

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Minho

All,

The EC approved the document requesting an extension, which was edited slightly to request specifically, and only, a 30 day extension. The document was filed with the Commission yesterday afternoon Pacific Time.
