I don’t believe this is following proper procedure for announcing conference calls and providing logistical information. I will repeat, I have not seen a formal
change of bridge information by the Reg SC leadership or 802.11 leadership. If random people want to talk on the phone that is fine, but it will NOT be a Reg SC DSRC 5.9GHz Tiger Team call. And any material presented on this random
call should be considered to NOT have been presented in 802.11. Bruce, Jon, Adrian, could you remind us of proper procedure for setting up a conference call such that everyone has been properly notified and no one is disadvantaged? Regards, Eldad From: Richard Roy [mailto:dickroy@xxxxxxxxxxxx]
Eldad et. al., Since Jim Lansford and Rich Kennedy will NOT be available for tomorrow's call (they will be in the air), neither of them will be available to setup the CSR webex.
However, you are free to try to use the CSR webex info on the IEEE 802.11 website. Let me know how that works for you.
If, on the other hand, you are interested in participating in the discussions which will be led by John Kenney, might I humbly suggest you (and anyone else interested
in participating in the call) use the information provided by "some random person" below. Unless "some random person" has a computer failure, that webex should be operational tomorrow at the appointed hour, and the call should take place. Cheers, RR (aka "some random person":^))) From: *** Regulatory and Spectrum Allocation Topics *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-REG@xxxxxxxx]
On Behalf Of Perahia, Eldad This does NOT match the conference call information on the 802.11 website, which I just copied below. And unless I missed an email, I never saw a change of
bridge announced to the REG or 802.11 reflector. The Reg SC leadership needs to send an email to the reflector when they have this mess sorted out. Till then I’m assuming that the 802.11 website conference
information is the official bridge information, not some bridge information sent out by some random person. Regards, Eldad Meeting ID/Number: 958 775 777 Meeting Password: UNII4 To join this meeting (Now from mobile devices!) 1.tGo to

On Behalf Of Richard Roy Andy, You may recall the audio issues we had with the call last Friday. I offered to host this week's meeting since the webex account to which I have access allows audio
conferencing using your laptop's audio capabilities (microphone) rather than having to dial in. Jim took me up on the offer on a "trial basis". So, this week we'll try the ISO webex facility, and make a decision after we see how well it works whether to
use CSR's webex or not going forward. So, the webex info I sent you is for this Friday's meeting only until further notice. Hope this helps. Cheers, RR

Mr. Roy, Thank you. However, I'm confused. Does this information replace in whole or in part the call coordinates already published on the group's web site? See
