[STDS-802-11-REG] IEEE 802.11 Regulatory SC meeting this Thursday

The Globalstar 2.4 GHz band NPRM has finally been published in the Federal Register. We will discuss this among a number of regulatory issues this Thursday. I expect to have additional updates and to produce an r1 in time for the call.
