In this morning’s meeting I talked about this NOI, and would like to see if we could develop a set of Comments to submit before the December 16^th deadline. As we discussed, we could:

1.      Provide Comments on the expansion of the 60 GHz band, from 57-64 GHz by 7 GHz to 71 GHz;

2.      Request that 54-254 GHz (or thereabouts) be made available for Part 15 unlicensed use; and

3.      Comment on other questions in the NOI and other possible candidates for Part 15 unlicensed sharing above 24 GHz.

 

I have attached a copy of the document.
