Only NON_HT_DUP_OFDM packets. Basically, we can do "inside" clause 23 what VHT can do "inside" clause 22 (i.e. transmit NON_HT_DUP_OFDM according to clause 22.3.10.12 and proper VHT)

What about a non-HT PPDU – VHT STA can transmit these things, but TVHT STA does not transmit them, right?

Do we need a blanket statement somewhere at the top of clause 9 or something?

I think the latter. TVHT is a VHT.

Is there a TVHT PPDU?

 

Do we need to change, in clause 9, occurrences of VHT PPDU to “VHT PPDU or TVHT PPDU”?

 

Or do we assume that occurrence of VHT PPDU are sufficient to describe behavior for a TVHT STA, since a TVHT STA is a VHT STA?
