[STDS-802-11-TGAI] TGai submission // mentor down // extension of submission deadline
Dear TGai members,
given the problems with mentor but having a working TGai e-mail reflector, I would suggest that submissions are distributed via the e-mail reflector in order to give all members sufficient time to review the documents.
We will consider a "on-time distribution" via the reflector as sufficient for meeting the submission deadline given that the document as distributed on the reflector will be presented at the face-to-face meeting and given that it will be uploaded as soon as mentor is up and running again.
Also, given the current problem with mentor, I would suggest to extend the submission deadline to
SUNDAY November 4th
I do recognise that TGai members -- due to the problems with mentor -- have directly sent their contribution to TGai leaders to avoid to miss the submission deadline. Now that we have an official way of handling the problems with mentor, may I kindly ask those members to resend their submissions to the TGai e-mail reflector. This makes the process of acknowledging on-time submissions transparent to the membership.
