Yes, I can take them.
My thought of the resolution is:
* Not remove PHY type in case of the EBCS operated in the band that multiple PHY type coexists, e.g. 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
In such bands, PHY type is required to identify the transmission rate.
* Remove PHY type in other bands such as 900MHz.
