[STDS-802-11-TGBD] Cancellation of TGbd TC on Jul 5 

Hello, all, 


Since the SA recirculation ballot for IEEE P802.11bd D5.0 is still open till Jul 5, the TGbd TC on Jul 5 is cancelled. 


Once the SA recirculation ballot is closed, TGbd tech editor will organize the CRC comment assignment with TGbd reflector. And we will organize the CR review during the Jul plenary week.
