        thanks for clarifying the logistics and I think this is a great idea moving forward. However, I would prefer to see Yes/No/Abstain as the possible straw poll options, as a straw poll does not approve or disapprove anything. Thanks.

  1. Teleconference Straw poll logistics.
    1. Use ePoll system; Finalize SP wording. Approve/Disapprove/Abstain are the only options
    2. Link to poll will be put in chat window at time of SP
    3. Members on call indicate their preference
    4. Poll closed  after 2 minute window (or so)
    5. Must have internet access and be on the call to participate
    6. Results reported

Please note that this is the first time that such a system is being used for this purpose and as such we will learn/adjust as we go.
