I have uploaded rev10.

This version addresses the following comments:

1. Soft AP MLD is one type of AP MLD that is in a batter powered device;

2. Soft AP MLD uses the same antenna connectors (RF chains) as a set of Non-AP STAs with/without non-AP MLD functionality.
