[STDS-802-11-TGBE] Request feedback for the Restricted TWT part1 draft 11-21/462r2

Hi, all:

Please review revision 2 of the restricted TWT setup procedure:

Option 1 vs option 2 is more about improved draft text rather than technical. Option 2 is proposed and developed to simplify the reference of the Broadcast TWT Info field that is partially redefined for Restricted TWT.

Questions were also raised about traffic characteristic / qos requirement, and further rules etc.
A main part of it will be developed in subclause 35.7.2.2 by Duncan inline with the TSPEC-variant he has been working on. The doc 11-21/462r2 tries to focus on the essential pieces for setting up an agreement, and doesn't close the door to any further development and amendment.
