Yes, that’s why I mention it in the discussion part. But let’s hear more people’s opinion first. Before we make a decision, I have two questions,
maybe you or other MAC expert can share your answers.
1)
Since the initial NSTR status is carried in Association Request frame which is not protected, is it important to define NSTR Capability
Update frame in Protected EHT Action frame?
2)
If protection or privacy will always a better choice, do we still need to have EHT Action frame?

Is it possible to NSTR Capability Update frame in Protected EHT Acton frame?
This would allow protection and privacy for the frame.
Please let me know your comments/questions about this CR document, thanks!
I will add below sentence in the next version based on Po-Kai’s comment.
“An AP MLD shall not send an NSTR Capability Update frame.”
