If I understand option 2 correctly, the Measurement Session Indication field will continue to be used as an octet in which 3 bits of it would be

On Behalf Of SHIRAKAWA Atsushi Hi All I presented 23/1477r0 in last Interim session and got advice that the Resolution Column should be modified according to Comment Resolution Guidance. I modified it as 23/1474r1 attached and moved sensitive CID3068 to another document 23/1657r0.
